The hotel was peaceful with best possible and perfect location easy to go around the island. Bright rooms with balcony and extremely helpful staff, everything was great. A microwave, refrigerators, and a toaster were a plus;)))

The atmosphere created was quiet. Location: the hotel was close to the canteras beach and las palmas downtown and all the hotspots.

Good breakfast and exceptional service make this hotel stay luxurious. the outdoor swimming pool and sun terrace offer exclusive amenities to relax. the location is a little far from the beach. the room was well, equipped with private facilities, clean and stylish, like a five, star venue. the only minor issue was the crowded breakfast, with guests hurrying to serve. There was an open, air bath in the garden area and a leisure/TV room for entertainment. I enjoyed the special diet menus in the kitchen and the organization in the common area. this hotel exceeded my expectations and fulfilled my luxurious needs.

Room was a good size and had a nice balcony and a spacious bathroom. the staff was super friendly and everything was just perfect! 🌟

The self check-in process was easy and clear, making arrival a breeze. The location of the hotel was quiet and conveniently close to public transportation. The room was impeccably clean and tidy, and the bed was large and comfortable. I especially enjoyed the spacious balcony for relaxing. the breakfast provided was delicious, offering a great start to the day.

One improvement that could be made is the addition of a "do not disturb" or "please clean my room" sign. This would help guests communicate their preferences to the housekeeping staff.

Accessing the keys after hours was a bit problematic, and the hotel sent too many unnecessary emails.

This hotel is located in a great area, near the city centre and the beach. It's easy to travel around the island thanks to the close bus station. the rooms are equipped with a well-stocked kitchen and comfy beds, while the breakfast is delicious and refreshing.

Soundproofing could be better.

Our Easter stay was amazing! We loved the location of the property. It was conveniently located close to the popular tourist spots and public transportation. the staff was lovely, always ready to assist us with a smile and even allowed us to practice our Spanish during conversations. Another bonus was the comfort of the beds, which gave us a goodnight's rest after exploring the city.

We felt that the breakfast finished too early, and we had to wake up early to make it in time. It would have been great if breakfast was available until later in the morning to allow us to have a more relaxed morning schedule.

The hotel provided great value for money with its cleanliness, facilities, and friendly staff. The breakfast served was varied and satisfying. Additionally, the location was great, being close to the bus station and in a nice area.

Our stay at Home2Book Casa Boissier, Breakfast Included was absolutely wonderful. The room was spacious, newly refurbished, and had a lovely balcony where we could relax. The entire house was immaculate and had a warm and homely atmosphere. The bed was incredibly comfortable, providing us with a great night's sleep. The staff were friendly and genuinely kind, making sure we felt at home and had everything we needed. Breakfast was enjoyable, and it was nice to have a chat with both the staff and other guests. We highly recommend Casa Boissier as it combines the standards of a hotel with a personal touch and a homely feel.

While our stay was fantastic, there were a few minor drawbacks. The price was a bit high, and the internet connection was sometimes slow when the house was full.

That there was no do not disturb sign in the room, which would have been helpful.
